Micron Solutions (“MICRON”) stands behind the quality of its products and offers a warranty to the first purchaser of the product (“Product”) in Canada. We guarantee the Product, when shipped in its original container and sold or distributed by MICRON or its authorized distributors or dealers, and not sold “as is” or “sales final,” will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, should any defects in material or workmanship arise, MICRON will take appropriate action to ensure your satisfaction. This includes either repairing the defective Product or providing you with a replacement for the defective item.

This warranty does not apply to any appearance items of the product nor to the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to improper voltage or other misuse, abnormal service or handling, which has been altered or modified in design or construction, or if the serial number or model number affixed to Product has been removed, defaced, changed, altered or tampered.
